To the Owner and General Manager and staff of Executive Dodge and Jeep of Wallingford: Having just purchased a 2008 "Jeep Wrangler", from your establishment, I'd like to take a moment and speak about the "people" of Executive Dodge Jeep of Wallingford.

First of all, thank you for the Wrangler. It meets my personal desires and needs to a "T". Secondly, the sales group .. not only friendly, but helpful, cheerful, and interested in "me", the customer.

On particular note, I would like to give a special shout out to Daniella and Fred, who gave themselves above and beyond their requirement. Staying involved and caring, even well past the "sales" part of the deal, into the "service" end as well, and even though (in Fred's case), not necessarily being directly involved in the commission from the sale.
Whether physically helping to prep a vehicle for my whims, or climbing into the bed of a truck to move parts ... Daniella and Fred did all that, and more. Even that young service tech, who perhaps stayed later then he would have, to help get my hard-top installed before I left that day. As for the service end, when Skip and Kyle knew I had a tight schedule, they did their job with interest and efficency, and got me out the door faster than I had hoped for when my schedule was tight. In many ways, over and over, I was cared about, and cared for by a number of folks there, and I won't soon forget that.


Then there was the Sales Manager, Dominic, who happened to see me filling my gas tank the next day, at a local gas station and asked me about it. He cared enough to see that I was given the appropriate consideration for fuel for my new vehicle, and made calls to ensure I was cared for. What a wonderfully caring thing to do!

Thanks to all, who made my most recent purchase an easy transition, and a pleasant one. It is my pleasure to ensure that I take every opportunity to tell others about all of you, and your "above and beyond" approach to what you do.

In February 2007, I went to Executive Dodge Jeep to check out a 2007 Wrangler. I talked to Dominic in sales and told him what I was looking for. This man worked very hard to find what I wanted.
